Site Manager

£18.00 – £24.00 Per hour depending on experience

We are looking for a Site Manager to take the lead on our installation teams and help drive the next stage of our growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage multiple teams, keep projects running smoothly, and ensure every job is delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate multiple installation teams across active projects

  • Lead teams on site and maintain high standards of workmanship

  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time

  • Coordinate materials, plant, and equipment between projects

  • Identify and solve site challenges quickly

  • Maintain strong communication with the office team

  • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the project

  • Take ownership of site organisation and productivity

Essential

– Experience in landscaping, groundworks, or construction

– Experience leading teams on site

– Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

– Ability to manage multiple projects at once

– Confident communication with team members and customers

– Full UK driving licence

Desirable

– Experience installing patios, artificial grass, decking, or outdoor structures

– Experience operating plant such as mini diggers and dumpers

– Good understanding of site health & safety

Bookkeeper & Office Support

£14 – £16 per hour

Keep the Numbers Tight Behind Some of Scotland’s Best Outdoor Spaces.

We’re looking for a Bookkeeper to take ownership of day-to-day financial records, support payroll and VAT processes, and help keep the office running smoothly.

This is a key role in a growing business where accuracy, organisation, and consistency are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day bookkeeping and records

  • Raising invoices and recording payments

  • Processing supplier invoices and maintaining ledgers

  • Supporting payroll and VAT submissions with the accountants

  • Managing the accounts inbox and general admin

  • Keeping records accurate and up to date

What We're Looking For

– Experience in bookkeeping or accounts administration

– Strong attention to detail

– Organised and reliable

– Comfortable using Xero and spreadsheets

– Able to manage their own workload
